Sofia is one of Australia’s top social change communicators, having worked for more than 200 clients ranging from the Yes campaign for Marriage Equality to the ABC, the Australian Labor Party, and Spotify. Sofia previously co-led agency PrincipleCo.

Prior to Watershed, Nick founded Australian Progress, and served as CEO of Foundation for Young Australians, as well as strategy agency Make Believe. Nick is a board member of Global Citizen Australia, and on advisory boards for Tripple and Philanthropy Australia.

More recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer of two fast growth tech start-ups in the mental health space, and helped produce the social business conference, Purpose.
